Please note that we do not provide refunds simply because you may have changed your mind in regards to an item. Please ensure that you choose the product you want carefully.
If you have received your goods and they are either damaged or incorrect, you must advise us within 24 hours by telephone, email or via the contact us form. It is your responsibility to make sure you thoroughly check your order when is is received.
Once we have the claim we will then either resupply the item or credit you for any outstanding goods.
In the event of the wrong goods being supplied, they can only be returned for re-supply or credit if they are unopened & in their original condition.
